Day of your visit
Group entrance
The Museum has a safe, underground, dedicated group entrance for the arrival of groups in motor coaches and buses. To keep our visitors safe, only one group at a time will be admitted into the group entrance.
We recommend that your group arrives a minimum of 20 minutes before the scheduled start of your reserved time or program. In the event of inclement weather or other unexpected delays, please call en route to advise our Call Centre at 819-776-7014 or 1-800-555-5621. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee your reserved program or tour.
Once your group has arrived at the group entrance, please have your group leader check in at the desk. Museum staff will provide instructions to the group leader for group entry and safety measures in place.
Personal belongings
Storage lockers located in the group entrance area will be assigned to your group, free of charge. Lockers will not be shared between groups and they will be cleaned every day.
Accessibility
The Museum is fully accessible. However, to help ensure an inclusive and welcoming experience, please advise our Call Centre in advance if your group, or anyone within it, requires accommodation.
Bus parking
Buses and coaches are encouraged to disembark their passengers using the underground access, providing direct access to the Groups Admission Desk inside. Group leaders can then register their groups directly at the Groups Admission Desk.
Buses and coaches can use the dedicated short-term bus drop-off area to wait for their groups, located on rue Laurier between rue Victoria and rue Papineau. Additional bus and coach parking can be found on Boulevard des Allumettières, between rue Laurier and Boulevard Maisonneuve.
