Explanations for significant variances compared to the previous year

The decrease in travel and hospitality expenses in 2025-2026, when compared to the previous fiscal year, is explained by an increase in virtual meetings as well as a reduction in the activities following the announcement by the Government of Canada of the Comprehensive Expenditure Review (CER).
