The Museum of History’s Christmas Market: one of the region’s must-see events!

Gatineau, Québec, November 23, 2016 — From Thursday, December 1 to Sunday December 4, enjoy a traditional shopping experience in one of the country’s most impressive indoor spaces, at the Christmas Market of the Canadian Museum of History.

More than 90 exhibitors will be on hand in the Museum’s majestic Grand Hall, ready to share their talents and products. Artisanal cheeses, breads, treats, organic foods, fine spirits, artwork, original jewellery and unique fashion accessories — come meet the producers and artisans of the region and marvel at their creativity and energy.

The Christmas Market remains the ideal place in the National Capital Region to make your holiday purchases in a festive atmosphere.

The Museum’s Christmas Market
December 1 to 4, 2016
Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Grand Hall

More than 90 food producers and artisans from the region will be on hand in the Museum’s majestic Grand Hall to present their delicious products and unique handmade crafts. You’ll be sure to find that perfect gift you’ve been looking for! Visit the Museum’s website for this year’s list of producers and artisans.

While you’re at the Museum, we invite you to take the opportunity to visit the special exhibitions Napoleon and Paris, Gold Rush! – El Dorado in British Columbia and Horse Power – The Paul Bienvenu Carriage Collection, as well as the special display “Nice Women Don’t Want the Vote”.
