This cross is made of pine and covered in bottle caps, most of which are covered with coloured foil. There are two pictures on the cross pieces, in gold plastic frames. Some of the bottle caps are from WWII vintage beer bottles with the logo "Union Made". Bottle cap decoration is a fairly common method of decoration.
