In the North America set, women personified the sources of Canada's wealth, as "Forests", "Mines", "Fishing" and "Fur", while men portrayed exploiters of these resources: a Lumberman, a Miner, a Fisherman and a Fur Trader. Lady Marjorie Gordon portrayed "Forests of Canada" in a white dress with painted designs of snake fences and trees, and a real stuffed chipmunk on her shoulder. Rideau Hall aide-de-camp David Erskine donned the working garb of a Lumberman.
