The funeral of the late Mrs. T.W.E. Sowter (daughter of André Larue & Sara McNally), of Cherry Cottage, Aylmer, Que., was held at nine a.m. on Wednesday last to the R.C. cemetery on the Aylmer Road.  High mass was celebrated in St. Paul's Church, Aylmer, by Rev. Father Labelle, assisted by Rev. Fathers Gauvreau and Robert.  Deceased was the third daughter of the late Andre Larue, notary public of Aylmer.  Besides her husband, she is survived by one sister, Helena, wife of Dr. Maurice Seymour, of Regina; by two sons, Edwin, of Aylmer, and Thomas, out west; by two daughters, Mrs. John Forsythe, of Aylmer, and Dorothy, at home.  Deceased leaves behind her, besides her relatives, a host of sincere friends, who will mourn her loss and remember her as a popular and well-beloved member of the community in which she lived all her life.  Floral offerings were received as follows: Gates ajar, from the family; cross, from her grandchild, Mona Sowter, Pembroke, Ont.; wreath, from Dr. and Mrs. Seymour, Regina, Sask.; wreath, Mr. and Mrs. Jas.
