Kispiox

Kispiox, which means "the place of the ancestor Piyeoux", is located at the junction of the Kispiox and Skeena Rivers. It was inhabited by two clans, the Raven and the Bear. According to legend, it was founded by refugees from another village, at a nearby location, which had been destroyed by a war party from a different region.
