Ancient Globalization in Canada’s Arctic

Archaeologist Dr. Patricia Sutherland, Canadian Museum of Civilization, presents the evidence for a European presence in Arctic Canada during the centuries around 1000 CE, and examines the nature and extent of contact between the Norse and the Aboriginal occupants of the Eastern Arctic. In partnership with Polar Continental Shelf Project, Natural Resources Canada.

Making Memories – Celebrate Family Literacy Day (ABC Canada)

Before you begin your journey through the Children’s Museum, stop at the Studio to make and decorate your own special journal. Then fill it with stories of your day at the Museum as you travel through the International Village.
