Improve your hockey moves or learn new ones from the experts in our outdoor training zone, where you can practice stickhandling, passing, shooting and other skills. Everyone is welcome.
Hockey players stay fit and improve their game during the off-season with dryland training programs. Join us on the Museum grounds for outdoor lessons and tips to develop or boost your skills, try out specialized hockey training equipment and just be active! Hone your stickhandling and passing skills on a special dry rink, practise shooting on a net, build up your endurance by jumping rope, and improve your timing and body control with agility drills.
It’s a great way for families, hockey fans and anyone else interested in Canada’s national winter sport to burn off some energy after a visit to the amazing Hockey exhibition. All ages and skill levels are welcome — you don’t need to be good at hockey, you can just have fun trying!
