Early Learning: Earth Day

Buy Tickets

Eco-friendly music, crafts and other activities — including a treasure hunt for natural materials — help younger children develop their appreciation of the world around them.

Younger children will enjoy learning about the environment, while developing a greater appreciation of the world around them, as they take part in Earth Day-themed activities. They will discover Earth’s bounty by going on a treasure hunt for natural materials in the International Village, and will be fascinated by the Japanese art of furoshiki, which uses fabric to wrap gifts and carry things. They can also express themselves by crafting a personalized clay ornament, and discover eco-music by Junkyard Symphony, performed on instruments made entirely from recycled materials.
