A family affair
In honour of The Queen Mother's 100th birthday, on August 4, 2000, Royal Mail issued a miniature sheet of four stamps based on a family portrait that included The Queen Mother, Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles and Prince William. It was the first time four generations of the Royal Family were featured in a single stamp issue.
