Taiko Japanese Drumming Concert – Two Cities, One Beat

Oto-Wa Taiko shares the stage with Kamo Tsunamura Daiko, from Sendai, Japan. This matinee combines powerful rhythms with the choreographic art of Japanese drumming. The matinee features a cameo performance by the Ottawa children’s taiko group, Dagaku.

In celebration of the 80th Anniversary of Japan-Canada relations and Asian Heritage Month.

Turkish Tulips

The beautiful tulips we enjoy each spring originally came from Persia and Turkey, where they grew wild in the fields. This weekend features a splash of Turkish culture with music, dance and crafts.
