Clothing and textiles inspire new workshop series at the Canadian Children’s Museum

Gatineau, Quebec, October 4, 2006 – The Canadian Children’s Museum in the Canadian Museum of Civilization invites you to a new workshop series to explore different aspects of clothing and textile design from around the world. On the weekend of October 14 and 15, come learn how to tie-dye Nigerian style! Discover how different plants are used to make dyes, and use various ways of twisting and tying fabrics to make your own creations.
