Paint your dreams!

Gatineau, Quebec, June 1, 2007 — On June 9 and 10, join us at the Canadian Museum of Civilization and paint your dreams. Get cozy on the couches and listen to the Cree stories of Saskatchewan artist Neal McLeod. A local artist will lend a hand to visitors wishing to join in the painting workshop to make their dreams come to life.

This activity is presented in conjunction with the Canadian Museum of Civilization’s newest exhibition In My Lifetime: Contemporary Aboriginal Art. This exhibition features the work of eight Aboriginal artists. Their works address not only timeless connections to ancestral history, but also personal memories from the artists’ own lives.
