Sugar Bowl and Salt Cellar

This sugar bowl and salt cellar both have simple, functional forms with a pleasing glaze consisting of dark brown on an olive-green ground. These two pieces were collected independently, but the similarity of the glazes indicates that they may have been made by the same hand, possibly at the Boehler Pottery in New Hamburg, Ontario.
