Country Sofa
This sofa is an example of the quality often found in Canadian country furniture. Its elegant form is as visually appealing today as when it was made in the early 1800s. The tapered legs, elevated crest rail and subtle roll of the arms are neoclassical features still used to this day. Originally, the panelled back, sides and seat were covered with upholstery.
