Get a taste of how their lifestyles and dining habits differed during this evening of history, food and wine, inspired by our exhibition Medieval Europe – Power and Splendour. Start your evening with curator Bianca Gendreau as she presents gallery highlights in the Medieval Europe exhibition. Listen to Bianca Gendreau reveal the lifestyle and dining habits of the peasants and nobility as you feast on a four-course dinner inspired by the Middle Ages prepared by chef Michael Lasalle, and sip wines selected by world-renowned, locally based sommelier Véronique Rivest. The curator and sommelier will be on hand to answer questions during this historical, multi-sensory experience.

The evening includes four wine pairings with a four-course tasting menu.
