Join in some terrifyingly good family fun by making scary or silly popsicle-stick crafts, which you can use to decorate your home for Halloween.

Halloween is almost here, which means it’s time to start thinking about carving pumpkins into jack-o’-lanterns, choosing a scary or silly costume for trick-or-treating, and of course transforming your home into a haunted house with ghosts, tombstones and other spooky things.

Drop by the Children’s Museum Studio during the month of October for a chance to create some crafty, creepy Halloween decorations out of popsicle sticks. Build an eerie miniature haunted house, conjure up a scary monster, or make a funny witch, then take your ghoulish creation home with you.

Jumpstart your imagination and stretch your creative-thinking skills with these workshops for ages 5 and up. Themes change regularly and are designed to foster creativity. These programs may be pre-empted by a special event.
