A Night of Indigenous Culture and Cuisine

Buy Tickets

Join us in the majestic Grand Hall for an evening of Indigenous cuisine, coupled with vibrant and eclectic performances by contemporary Indigenous artists.

This gala event features the culinary artistry of two renowned Indigenous chefs, both of whom are women. Cezin Nottaway (Anishinaabe) and Trudy Metcalfe (Inuk) are known throughout the region and beyond for offering new twists on traditional Indigenous dishes in exciting and innovative fusion cuisine.

In addition to an elegant sit-down dinner, the evening features outstanding performances by two well-known Juno-nominated Canadian artists. Silla and Rise are known for their high-octane blend of Inuit throat-singing and dancefloor beats, and Cris Derksen combines the symphonic with the Indigenous in a powerful genre-defying form of new music.

Don’t miss this exceptional opportunity to enjoy the best in Indigenous fusion cuisine, along with some of Canada’s most compelling Indigenous performing artists.
