- Additional Information Sword belt consisting of a white web adjustable belt that is attached to a blue, cloth, V-shaped frog; lower end of frog has an open pocket with keyhole opening to take frog stud on scabbard. This sword belt was worn with a civil uniform, identified as 2nd Class, Levee Dress, of The Honourable Frank Smith (1822-1901), member of the Senate (1871-1900), Privy Council (1882), Minister without portfolio (1882-1891; 1892-1896), Minister of Public Works (1891-1892), and Knight Bachelor (1894).
