- Additional Information Carvings of couples riding together have been popular with this artist. Here, a pair wearing parkas ride in a sleigh with a "Just Marrid" (sic) sign on the rear. On one side is painted "Honey slow down," and on the other, "Honey, you are going too fast." The theme seems to involve a commonly held view about one aspect of married life: no sooner is the ceremony over than the bride begins criticizing her new husband's driving habits. Mr. Flett's tools are homemade and the ideas, he says, "have come out of my head."
