Hare-skin hood, Slavey, 1994
Made by Rosalie Causa of Fort Providence, N.W.T., using a traditional technique in which complete hare-skins are cut spirally into strips, joined together and loop-netted into remarkably warm garments. The hood would be worn with matching parka and pants.
