About William Monague
William Monague is an award-winning Ojibwe artist from the Beausoleil First Nation on Christian Island (southern Georgian Bay, Ontario). Traditional teachings of Mother Earth and the Spirit World, and the beauty of nature around Georgian Bay shores where he grew up, are a great source of inspiration. He likes to say that he is “Sharing Anishnabek culture through the Spirit of Color”.
