Description
Kenojuak Ashevak is a well known Inuit artist. In 2017, her artworks Owl’s Bouquet was chosen by the Bank of Canada to figure on the ten dollar bill to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Confederation. This marked the first appearance of Inuit art on a Canadian bank note.
