RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return you merchandise within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Please enclose a note stating reason for return or exchange along with original receipt. Merchandise for exchange and refund must be in original condition unless received damaged or defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

DELIVERY POLICY

Most orders take 1 business day to process (Monday to Friday, 8 to 4) in addition to the delivery times outlined below. Orders submitted outside of business hours (evenings, weekends and statutory holidays) will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated separately for each shipping address. We ship using Canada Post. The shipping cost will be quote based on your location. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather, holidays and other factors.

GIFT CARDS

Boutique Gift Cards are available in amount of 10$, 20$. 50$, 75$, 100$ and 125$.
Please note that Gift Cards may only be redeemed in-store and cannot be used online.

TAXATION

Orders are subject to sales tax based on the shipping destination and the type of product being shipped. Books and non-book items are taxes differently:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside Canada are tax-exempt on both the goods and the shipping. Recipients are responsible for paying all applicable customs, duties and taxes upon delivery.
