Taste a terrific Thai treat!

Gatineau, Quebec, April 5, 2007 — On Saturday, April 14 and Sunday, April 15, join us in the Studio at the Canadian Children’s Museum and learn how to prepare a delicious Thai treat. Chefs from Chez Le Thai restaurant will be on hand to teach you how to make your own fresh vegetarian rice-paper wraps with a dipping sauce. This popular Thai appetizer is as fun to make as it is to eat!

Chez Le Thai, a popular Gatineau restaurant known for its fragrant, spicy and exotic dishes, is participating in this activity as part of the Children’s Museum’s Kids in the Kitchen series, which gives children an opportunity to discover, prepare and eat traditional foods from around the world.
