Spring things

Gatineau, Quebec, May 24, 2007 — Summer is fast approaching, but at the Canadian Children’s Museum, it’s still spring — or springs, rather. We’re talking about the coil variety, and all the fun you can have with these bouncy devices. Visit us on June 2 and 3 to create your own special toy out of springs.

But that’s not the only spring thing. You can also learn how springs work, challenge your friends to a Slinky® race in the new theatre, and meet someone who can walk on springs.

The Spring Toys! activities at the CCM are all part of Top Secret: Mission Toy. This fun exhibition, presented until September 3, 2007, lets you use your investigative skills to discover toys from around the world.
