Sign up soon for Mission: Toy summer camp!

Gatineau, Quebec, July 4, 2007 — — If you’re itching for some intrigue this summer, there’s a top-secret mission waiting for you at the Canadian Children’s Museum. There are still a few spaces left in the Mission: Toy! summer day camp program, an unforgettable, week-long adventure for boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 11.

Mission: Toy! is recruiting special agents for an important assignment in our high-tech laboratory, during the weeks of July 30–August  3, August 13–17 and August 20–24. We need young toy experts to help us discover children’s favourite toys and games from around the world. You’ll get to hone your creativity and ingenuity by designing toys and exploring a variety of techniques and tactics, including robotics, cryptic codes, mechanics, construction and visual arts.

Day camps run from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with pre- and post-camp care available as well.
