The Museum’s theatre company, Dramamuse, invites you to help bring history to life—and life to history—by interacting with historical characters within the stunning environment of Canada Hall. Spring Break at the Civ
See, Hear and Touch the World
March 12 to 20
Bring the whole family for a rally across time and space! As a team, you’ll draw, play games and take on exciting challenges throughout the Museum. With clues in hand, you’ll visit five special galleries with a chance to win some cool prizes! Come discover an Inuit game in the First Peoples Hall as well as a game taken straight from the 1920s in the Toles School module of Canada Hall.

Giant Board Games

Grand Hall    
Families can work together or against each other as they play giant versions of everyone’s favourite board games.

Temporary Exhibitions Corridor
In anticipation of the upcoming exhibition Japan: Tradition. Innovation.,
light up these dark winter nights by crafting a sushi art candle to take home.
