It’s Greek and delicious!

Gatineau, Quebec, August 9, 2007 — The Canadian Children’s Museum is celebrating Greek Fest with some hearty Hellenic cooking. Join us in the Studio on August 18 and 19 to learn how to prepare your own dolmades.

Dolmades are traditional Greek mezes, or appetizers, made of rice, spices and other ingredients wrapped in grapevine leaves. We’re sure you’ll agree that these tasty stuffed morsels are as much fun to make as they are to eat!

Greek Fest is part of the Kids in the Kitchen series, which gives children an opportunity to discover, prepare and eat exotic foods from around the world.
