PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

Gatineau, Quebec, December 19, 2014 — The Canadian Museum of History and the Canadian War Museum will be open throughout the holiday season, including December 24 (until 2 p.m.), and all day on both December 31 and January 1.

Both Museums will be closed on December 25. 

We also wish to inform you that the Canadian Museum of History and the Canadian War Museum will be closed for annual maintenance from January 5 to 9, 2015. Please note that the Bistro Boréal, Café Express and the IMAX^® Theatre at the Museum of History will not be open to the public during this period.

Annual maintenance time at the Museums
The Canadian Museum of History and the Canadian War Museum will be closed for maintenance January from 5 to 9, 2015. They will reopen to welcome visitors on Saturday, January 10, 2015.

Visitors may consult the Museums’ websites, historymuseum.ca and warmuseum.ca, to learn more about the activities and exhibitions being presented during the holiday season. They can also call the Museums at 819-776-7000 or 1-800-555-5621.
