Celebrate the end of summer with the gypsies at the Canadian Children’s Museum

Gatineau, Quebec, August 23, 2006 — To mark the conclusion of an unforgettable summer, a gypsy caravan will weave their spell at the Canadian Children’s Museum at the Canadian Museum of Civilization on Sunday, September 3. Gypsies have long been known for the originality of their music and art, so come and celebrate with the Caravane family troupe. There will be plenty to do, with giant puppet performances, music and dance. Don’t miss the gypsy dances at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., and be sure to see Annabelle the dragon drummer. You’ll be able to make masks in our special workshop so that you can join in with the gypsies. This is a day to mark on your calendar at the Canadian Children’s Museum!
