Celebrate Summer at the Children’s Museum

Gatineau, Quebec, June 21, 2007 — Come celebrate the start of summer this weekend Saturday, June 23 and Sunday, June 24 with songs, stories, games, trivia and more! There will be lots to keep you busy at the Canadian Children’s Museum!
 
Head to the Studio to create your very own animated e-postcard with the help of experts from the National Film Board (NFB), from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
 
Join Franklin the turtle and the Ottawa Storytellers in the Theatre to hear all about his adventures, at 10 a.m., 12 and 2 p.m.
 
Don’t miss the dynamic duo La Ridaine, who will encourage visitors to sing along and try their hand at playing spoons. Performances begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Theatre.
 
And if you’re looking for a cerebral celebration, take the Canadian Trivia Challenge with the Trivia Guys, at 10:30 a.m., 12:30 and 3:30 p.m.
