A spectacular evening of Chinese music and dance!

Gatineau, Quebec, July 11, 2007 — On July 18, experience the magic of Chinese dance and music during a dazzling performance by the China Hubei Wuhan Art Troupe at the Canadian Museum of Civilization. The Troupe, which has won more than 120 prizes in national dancing and singing competitions in China and around the world, will present classic dances, instrumental and vocal solos and traditional music. The China Hubei Wuhan Art Troupe has please audiences worldwide and is touring Ottawa, Montréal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver this summer.

This event is presented in conjunction with the Museum’s newest exhibition, Treasures from China, where visitors will see some of civilization’s finest artifacts, illuminating the rich history and achievements of the Chinese people. The exhibition is presented until October 28, 2007.
