I hope to be reincarnated, and to have a second chance at fixing the mistakes I’ve made in this life.
I believe that we are like stones that are thrown into a lake, through our lives we make ripples on the water. As the ripples of others interact with our own and visa verse, that has an effect on our lives and the lives of those who we interact with.Once we die and buried or cremated,it is those interactions that are left and in some way carry on in those who new us, as their ripples inter act with others, in that way we truly live on.
Thanks for great and thought provoking exhibition
I believe that when I die, I die. Nothing will happen to me. This question is useless as our focus should be on how to live? In Guru Granth Sahib, Guru Nanak haven’t said anything on what happens after death as it is not an important question. He focused in all his teachings on how to live truthful living. “Truth is high, but higher still is truthful living”.
I believe that after we die, our souls will go to Heaven provided we profess that the Lord Jesus Christ is our saviour. we cannot go to Heaven based on “good works” or behavior but only through pleading the Precious Blood of the Lamb. We will be raised from the dead and given perfect bodies without malformities or illness or defects when there is the Second Coming of Jesus. We will be raised with Him and will dwell in the New Jerusalem, the City of God. Read about the End of Time in Revelations
After death is a mystery and remains a mystery and is meant to be a mystery but I think in some form consciousness survives. What it consist of probably depends on the person and what they want it to consist of but it is meant to be mysterious and we can only grasp at the edges of it.
