Wulustek — Theatre

Buy Tickets

For five years, the Miktouch family has gathered at a forestry company’s front gate to protest its activities on the ancestral lands of the Malamek nation. This time, however, the multinational is not the only one being accused of wrongdoing. Disagreements between generations and conflicting values come to light, and disturbing truths are admitted.

Written by Maliseet author Dave Jenniss, the play will leave no one indifferent. The public reading of Wulustek will showcase the talent of several Aboriginal actors from Quebec.

Audience advisory: This play deals with a sensitive subject and contains coarse language. Audience discretion is advised.
