Handmade Fun: Everlasting Snowmen!

Buy Tickets

Build a special snowman or other snow creature that won’t melt come spring! We supply the materials, and you supply the creativity.

Building a snowman is a beloved children’s tradition in Canada, where a blanket of fresh, sticky snow is an irresistible invitation to roll, stack and shape it into a roly-poly figure with a carrot for a nose. But while snowmen have been around since at least the Middle Ages, the real ones melt away in spring. Spend some creative family time making a snowman, snowwoman or other snow creature that will be yours to keep — and you won’t even have to get your hands cold or wet! Shape your creation out of Model Magic, then decorate it with felt, pipe cleaners, googly eyes and pompoms.
