The sixth biennial Zones Théâtrales, which will take place from September 14 to 19, invites participants on a theatrical road trip that celebrates Francophone theatre as the expression of our hopes and dreams, America as a land of poetry and the circus as a metaphor for life.
This event is a meeting place for the creators and supporters of professional theatre from Francophone communities across Quebec and Canada.

A Show for the Whole Family
As a haven of real or imagined peace, our backyards are the birthplace of countless stories and offer a snapshot of human life. Tucked away from prying eyes (or so we think) in our gardens or on our patches of lawn, we let our masks and inhibitions slip away!
Relationships with neighbours and territorial disputes lie at the heart of this brand new work by Vague de Cirque, a company that hails from Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine. A little political, completely zany and always acrobatic, this fifth piece by Vague de Cirque is presented as part of INCURSION CIRQUE, a Zones Théâtrales initiative supported by the Inter-Arts Office of the Canada Council for the Arts.
