1997: Special Exhibitions Hall

This retrospective exhibition, organized by the Dunlop Art Gallery in Regina, Saskatchewan, features the work of an ukrainian-canadian artist and historian, Ann Harbuz. The works of the naïf folk artist dew its major inspiration from her rural and Ukrainian origins in Western Canada. Her work reflects a very personal vision of the social life of her community, a vision which is a combination of memories, dreams and reality.

One hundred paintings are accompanied by objects, photos, manuscripts and some personal memorabilia from the artist.
