Let’s celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Man in Motion World Tour with Rick Hansen.
In 1985, Rick Hansen set out on a journey that would make history — the Man in Motion World Tour, during which he wheeled over 40,000 km through 34 countries. Twenty-six months later, on May 22, 1987, he was home in Vancouver, the journey complete.
On May 22, 2017, join Rick Hansen in celebrating the 30th anniversary of the completion of the Tour. For the occasion, he will be donating an object from the Tour to the Museum of History for inclusion in the Canadian History Hall. Join us in the Grand Hall at 11 a.m. to be part of the event.
