Landscape Kimonos of Itchiku Kubota


Symphony of Light

The Symphony of Light is Itchiku Kubota's life-work and will consist of a series of 75 works representing the four seasons and the universe. He has created 30 works out of the 75 so far, representing autumn and winter. The juxtaposed kimonos form a panoramic mountain landscape.
