Wu Jingting

From Shanyin, Zhejiang Province. Adept in Chinese landscape painting. He developed his style from traditional techniques and excelled because of his vast learning. He stressed real life sketches, and his works showed an immensely subtle atmosphere and serenity. Many of his works were included in large-scale exhibitions, and he also organized personal exhibitions in Tianjin and Beijing. Before his death, he was a Director of the Federation of Chinese Artists, a deputy researcher of the Central Art Research Institute and the Deputy Director of the Beijing Art Gallery.
