From Shaoxing, Jiangsu Province. A famous Chinese artist renowned for his landscape painting and love for travelling. In his paintings he used a lot of the elements that he learned from Nature and past traditions. He was also a master of calligraphy. He held many personal exhibitions in Suzhou, Wuxi, Nanjing and Hong Kong. He was the Director of the Jiangsu Art Institute, a Vice-Chairman of the Jiangsu Branch of the Federation of Chinese Artists and a committee member of the Chinese Literary Union.
