From Xinhui, Guangdong Province. Adept in idea-sketch landscape, flower and bird painting. His works have absorbed many Western techniques of painting, with serious composition, harmonious strokes, bright colours and an accent of South China. Since 1984 he has held many personal exhibitions in the United States, Canada and Singapore. He is now a member of the Federation of Chinese Artists and a consultant of the Guangzhou Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Association.
