Postal Service in the Yukon

Two mail roads were commonly used in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The main run began in Dawson, followed the Yukon River and went on to Skagway, Alaska. The Dalton Trail, west of the main mail run was used from Five Fingers Rapids in the Yukon to Haines Mission in Alaska.
