Video: The Canadian History Hall

Éliane Laberge

We’re excited to share this short video, which gives a glimpse into the Canadian History Hall, the largest exhibition on Canadian history we’ve ever developed. Occupying more than 40,000 square feet, this signature gallery traces Canada’s history from the dawn of human habitation to the present day. Authentic artifacts and stories are explored through various lenses, as visitors encounter the events, movements and personalities that have shaped our nation. The Canadian History Hall, scheduled to officially open on July 1, 2017, is the Museum’s gift to the people of Canada for the 150th anniversary of Confederation.

Keep checking the Museum’s blog as we continue to share updates on the development of this important project.
