William James Roué Pocket watch

In October 1921, the famous schooner Bluenose won the International Fishermen’s Trophy race for the first time. In December, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia residents gave this watch to William Roué, designer of Bluenose, to commemorate the victory. It features an engraving of the ship and an inscription marking the event.
